Fee Cycle definition
Fee Cycle means either one fee period or more than one consecutive fee periods. Such fee or fees shall be derived from a common base year.
Fee Cycle means the frequency or intervals of payment of the Fees set out in the Fee Proposal (including the Accepted Fee Proposal), including monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually.
