All Fee Credits are to be aggregated where there are instances of not meeting objectives in respect to two or more different services.
Failure to perform in a manner which equals or exceeds the Service Levels shall result in fee credits ("Fee Credits") or the Funds' right to terminate this Agreement, as set forth in the Service Level Agreement.

With respect to any Month, if Computershare shall owe a Service Fee Credit amount pursuant to the terms of this KPI Document, such Service Fee Credit(s) shall be included on the Subsequent Invoice.
Computershare’s obligation to pay any Service Fee Credits shall be determined, and if owed, calculated, with respect to individual Months.
