FEE BUDGET definition
FEE BUDGET means the amount set forth for professional fees and disbursements expected to be incurred by the Borrowers and statutory committees in the Bankruptcy Cases as set forth in the Projections.
FEE BUDGET means the amount set forth for professional fees and disbursements expected to be incurred by the Borrower and the Guarantors and one statutory committee in the Bankruptcy Cases as set forth in the Projections.
