Fee Base Amount definition

Fee Base Amount means the sum of Offer Price, all shipping and handling, gift wrap and other charges, any taxes and customs duties via the applicable Amazon Site in the course of any of your transactions.

Fee Base Amount has the meaning as described in the Business Solutions Agreement; (d) “Referral Fee” means the applicable percentage of the Sales Proceeds or Fee Base Amount (as described herein) from Your Transaction through the applicable Amazon Site specified on the Amazon Site at the time of Your Transaction, based on the categorization by Amazon of the type of product that is the subject of Your Transaction; provided, however, that Sales Proceeds and Fee Base Amount will not include any shipping charges set by us in each of the following two cases: (i) in the case of Your Transactions that consist solely of products fulfilled using Fulfilment by Amazon, and (ii) for sellers on the Individual selling plan, in the case of Your Transactions that consist solely of Media Products. Except as provided otherwise, all monetary amounts contemplated in these Service Terms will be expressed in the Local Currency, and all payments contemplated by this Agreement will be charged in the Local Currency.

Examples of Fee Base Amount in a sentence

  • For purposes hereof, the "Utilization Fee Base Amount" means, at any time of determination: (i) if at such time the "Commitments" under and as defined in the 364-Day Credit Agreement (the "364-Day Commitments") have been terminated in full, the amount of the Aggregate Commitments, and (ii) if at such time the 364-Day Commitments have not been terminated in full, the sum of the Aggregate Commitments and the 364-Day Commitments at such time.
