Federal Telecommunications Laws definition

Federal Telecommunications Laws means the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, including amendments made by the Telecommunications Act of 1996, 47 U.S.C. Section 151 et seq., and the rules, regulations and orders of the FCC.
Federal Telecommunications Laws means, collectively, certain United States telecommunications regulatory matters involving the Communications Act and the rules, regulations, and published policies, procedures, orders and decisions thereunder.
