Federal Load definition

Federal Load means an hourly amount of energy equal to the lesser of (1) 50 percent of the Process Load operating immediately prior to the Event, Contract No. 95MS-94854 11 or (2) 50 percent of the Firm Energy either scheduled to the Company, remarketed to other Qualified Purchasers, used by BPA, or any combination thereof.
