Feature Set definition

Feature Set means all Software Features described in the Documentation on the date of this agreement.

  • Further, Supplier agrees that Customer may access and use, and permit each Authorised User to access and use, the Services for its intended purpose, in accordance with the specifications confirmed in any Documentation and subject to the terms of this Agreement and the limits on User Count, Order Volume, SKU Count, Feature Set, Channels, and/or other use restrictions specified on the Order Form.

  • Where the Equipment Manufacturer offers the facility, the Customer may normally obtain Security Feature Set updates online directly from the Equipment Manufacturer’s online support centre.

  • Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select the set of products and features offered by the Bank (the “Product and Feature Set”) that shall be developed and maintained in connection with the Digital Banking Platform and to change, from time to time, EXECUTION COPY the Product and Feature Set described in Exhibit F offered to T-Mobile Customers.

  • The specific Feature Set to be used for each Update will be dependent on the available Feature Sets in effect when the applicable Update commences.

  • Any Security Feature Set updates that cannot be made available directly to the Customer online can be requested by the Customer, and will be supplied to the Customer within five (5) Business Days of the Service Request or BT iNet’s receipt of the update from the Equipment Manufacturer (whichever is the later).

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, this ▇▇▇▇, Juniper grants You a non-exclusive and non-transferable license, with no right to grant any sublicense, to Use, solely during the License Term, (i) the Software, and (ii) each Update made available as part of Maintenance Services contracted for such Software license or Juniper Platform (for Embedded Software Licenses and its associated Feature Set Licenses), for up to the Licensed Units.

  • Intuit and Magic will cooperate and use commercially reasonable efforts to assist one another from time to time in identifying and developing opportunities to market and promote the Quicken Web Site, the Quic▇▇▇.▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ce Service, and the Portico Service, provided the Portico Service includes the Personal Finance Feature Set, and other products and services of the Parties as agreed to by the Parties.
