Feasibility Evaluation definition

Feasibility Evaluation shall have the meaning set forth in the Development Contract.
Feasibility Evaluation means a project to be carried out by Contractor on behalf of the Partnership for the evaluation of the economic and technical feasibility of development of a Drug Candidate into a Product Candidate, as described in the Prospectus.
