FE Permits definition

FE Permits means any permits, licenses, registrations, franchises and other authorizations, consents and approvals of Governmental Authorities (but in each case excluding FE Environmental Permits) held by the FE Subsidiaries with respect to the FE Assets.

Examples of FE Permits in a sentence

  • Except as disclosed on Schedule 7.13(a), such FE Subsidiary has not received any notification that such FE Subsidiary is in violation of any such FE Permits, except notifications of violations which would not, individually or in the aggregate, create an FE Material Adverse Effect.
