FE Capital Expenditures definition
FE Capital Expenditures means capital additions to or replacements of property, plants and equipment included in the FE Assets and other expenditures or repairs on property, plants and equipment included in the FE Assets that would be capitalized by the FE Subsidiary making such expenditure in accordance with its normal accounting policies.
Examples of FE Capital Expenditures in a sentence
Except as set forth in Schedule 8.1(a), there are no FE Capital Expenditures that are planned by such FE Subsidiary with respect to its FE Assets through December 31, 1999.
