FDR System definition

FDR System means the computer equipment, computer software and related equipment and documentation used at any time and from time to time by FDR to provide the Services.
FDR System means one or more of the data processing systems of FDR (including those subcontracted by FDR or used by FDR under licensing agreements with other vendors), including all related masterfiles, transaction records, history records, archived data, and similar data and information. It is acknowledged and agreed that the masterfiles, transaction records, history records, archived data, and similar data and information relative to Client’s Card program are the property of Client.

Examples of FDR System in a sentence

  • Any Enhancement shall remain solely the property of FDR and Customer shall acquire no right, claim or interest in the FDR System.

  • Such notice shall include an instruction to FDR to initiate a systematic removal from the FDR System of account information associated with that BIN or ICA, which Customer shall be obligated to pay for in accordance with the Service Agreement.

  • Exhibit A and any document or service referred to in Exhibit A shall be subject to periodic revision by FDR to reflect changes (i) to the FDR System or the services provided by FDR and offered generally to FDR customers and (ii) in the specific Services provided to Customer.

  • If there is information needed on an Account, CSR may, in CSR’s sole discretion, process the entry of an “A” status onto such Account by entering an FDR System status code of “A.” An Account with an “A” status means a code has been entered into the Account masterfile record, which will cause the FDR System to block authorization of transactions on such Account with a message to contact the Card Issuer.

  • If Client should ever withdraw its authorization for CMC to use such services, Client agrees that Client shall be fully responsible for requesting and monitoring potential fraud exception reports generated by the FDR System.

  • Customer may periodically request customizations, enhancements, additions or modifications (each an "Enhancement") to the FDR System.

  • An Account with “E” status means a code has been entered into an Account masterfile record, which will cause the FDR System to decline authorization of transactions on such Account and to request that the merchant entering the authorization withhold the Card from a Person attempting to use the Card.

  • Any such customization shall remain solely the property of FDR, and Customer shall acquire no right, claim, or interest in the FDR System or any customization thereof during or after the Term.

  • Exhibit "A", as may be agreed by FDR and Customer, and any document or service referred to as Exhibit "A" shall be subject to revision by the mutual agreement of the parties from time to time during the Term of this Agreement to reflect changes and improvements to the FDR System or the services provided by FDR and offered generally to FDR customers and to reflect any changes and improvements in the specific services provided to Customer.

  • The System Optimization Analysis shall consist of a review of Customer’s use of the FDR System and the Services under this Agreement with respect to Customer’s servicing of its Cardholder Account programs, and written recommendations by FDR to Customer, based upon such analysis, which shall provide suggestions to improve Customer’s efficiency in such servicing and more effective use of the FDR System and the Services.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • ▇▇▇▇▇ System means the ▇▇▇▇▇ filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).
