FDMS SETTLEMENT RULES definition
FDMS SETTLEMENT RULES means the policies, rules and procedures adopted by FDMS from time to time in effect from time to time to provide for the payment of amounts due as the result of Interchange Settlement, including the FDMS user manual relating to settlement.
