FDK definition

FDK means FDK Corporation, a corporation organized, existing and doing business under and by virtue of the laws of Japan, with its head office located at Hamagomu Bldg., 5-36-11 Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-8677. FDK America, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of FDK Corporation, with its principle offices at 250 E. Caribbean Drive, MS200, Sunnyvale, CA 94089.
FDK or "full-day kindergarten" means a kindergarten day where the schedule is equivalent in length to grades 1 through 3.

Examples of FDK in a sentence

  • Any savings remaining after one year from the completion of the project, as specified in FDK Regulation Section 1860.18, must be returned to the State.

  • In these cases, it is permissible for a LEA to transfer the State funds out of Fund 35 and back to the original source of the local funding to reimburse eligible FDK expenditures.

  • PBI means Pitney Xxxxx Inc. “Pitney Xxxxx” means PBI and its subsidiaries. “We”, “our” or “us” refers to the Pitney Xxxxx companies with whom you’ve entered into the Order. “You” or “your” refers to the entity identified on the Order. “Meter” means any postage meter supplied by PBI under the Order, including (i) in the case of a Connect+®, a SendPro® P series or a SendPro C series mailing system, the postal security device that accounts for and enables postage to be purchased and printed (“PSD”), and (ii) in the case of all other mailing systems, the PSD, the user interface or keyboard and display and the print engine. “Meter Services” means access to the PSD to download, account for, and enable printing of postage within a PBI Postage Evidencing System as defined in Title 39, Part 501 of the Code of Federal Regulations (“CFR”); USPS mandated processes associated with the PSD, including registration, usage reporting and withdrawal; repair or replacement of the PSD as described in Section 26; and the Soft- Guard Program outlined in Section 28. “Equipment” means the equipment listed on the Order, excluding any Meter or standalone software. “Lease” means Lease terms and conditions set out in Sections 10 through 17. The provisions included in these Terms consist of: (i) General Terms; (ii) Lease Terms; (iii) a Service Level Agreement; (iv) Equipment Rental and Meter Services Terms; (v) an Acknowledgement of Deposit required by the United States Postal Service in any transaction involving a Meter; (vi) Purchase Power® Terms for a limited purpose credit line that may be available to you; and (vii) provisions relating to specific products.

  • ESI means any and all computer data or electronic recorded media of any kind, including “Native Files”, that are stored in any medium from which it can be retrieved and examined, either directly or after translation into a reasonably useable form. ESI may include information and/or documentation stored in various software programs such as: Email, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SQL databases, or any other software or electronic communication programs or databases that the CONSULTANT may use in the performance of its operations. ESI may be located on network servers, backup tapes, smart phones, thumb drives, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, work computers, cell phones, laptops or any other electronic device that CONSULTANT uses in the performance of its Work or SERVICES hereunder, including any personal devices used by the CONSULTANT or any sub-consultant at home. “Native files” are a subset of ESI and refer to the electronic format of the application in which such ESI is normally created, viewed, and /or modified. The CONSULTANT shall include this section XX “Records Maintenance” in every subcontract it enters into in relation to this AGREEMENT and bind the sub-consultant to its terms, unless expressly agreed to otherwise in writing by the AGENCY prior to the execution of such subcontract.
