FDEM definition

FDEM means the family decision-making meeting as defined by ORS 417.365engagement meeting as defined by ORS 417.365 and is a family-focused intervention facilitated by professional staff that is designed to build and strengthen the natural care giving system for the child. These meetings will include Oregon Family Decision Meeting (OFDM) requirements as described in ORS 417.365 to 417.375 that include extended family and rely upon the family to make decisions about planning for its children. The purpose of the family engagement meeting is to establish a plan that provides for the safety, attachment, and permanency needs of the child.¶

Examples of FDEM in a sentence

  • The user must log in to the FDEM Grants Management System within twelve (12) hours of being notified or their account will lock them out.

  • Complete the form in its entirety, listing the name and information for all representatives who will be working in the FDEM Grant Management System.

  • FDEM personnel will review all files and supporting documentation.

  • During this time, the purpose of the site visit and the items FDEM intends to examine will be identified.

  • Once FDEM personnel have arrived at the site, an orientation conference will be conducted.

  • If a new Systems Access form is submitted, all Agency Representatives currently listed as contacts that are not included on the updated form will be deleted from FDEM Grants Management System for the specified grant.

  • As required by 2 CFR § 200.303(e), the Subrecipient shall take reasonable measures to safeguard protected personally identifiable information and other information the Federal Awarding Agency or FDEM designates as sensitive or the Subrecipient considers sensitive consistent with applicable Federal, State, local, and tribal laws regarding privacy and responsibility over confidentiality.

  • Each public assistance subrecipient must submit a certification in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to inform FDEM whether their entity is subject to a Federal Single Audit.

  • Desk monitoring is the review of projects, financial activity and technical assistance between FDEM and the applicant via e-mail and telephone.
