FDC Financial Statements definition
FDC Financial Statements means (i) the audited combined balance sheets of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Properties Group as of December 31, 1995 and 1996, and the related audited combined statements of operations, partners' and owners' deficit, and cash flows for the years ended December 31, 1994, 1995 and 1996 (including the notes and schedules contained therein or annexed thereto), which financial statements have been audited by KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, independent auditors for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Properties Group for such years, whose unqualified audit report is a part thereof, and (ii) an unaudited balance sheet of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Properties Group as of June 30, 1997, and the related unaudited statements of income and cash flows for the six months then ended (including the notes and schedules contained therein or annexed thereto).
