FDC Contract definition
FDC Contract means that certain Program Development and Management Agreement dated as of December 31, 2001 between the Company and Bankcard Investigative Group Inc., a Delaware corporation, dated December 31, 2001, as amended from time to time.
Examples of FDC Contract in a sentence
To the Knowledge of the Company, no other party to the FDC Contract has breached or defaulted thereunder.
The Company has fulfilled and performed its obligations under the FDC Contract and is not in or alleged to be in, breach or default under, nor is there alleged to be any basis for termination of any of the FDC Contract.
A true and correct executed copy of the FDC Contract is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
The Company is not currently renegotiating the FDC Contract or paying liquidated damages in lieu of performance thereunder.
Schedule 3.24 sets forth a description of the current status of and performance by the Company under the FDC Contract.
