Employees may also designate a portion of their vacation entitlement for use as Floating DAT Bank (FDB).

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS AND EVEN IF AN AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE OF FDB OR ITS AFFILIATES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND WHETHER SUCH LOSS IS CAUSED BY ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF FDB.
