FD Stockholders definition

FD Stockholders means all Persons holding outstanding shares of FD Capital Stock immediately prior to the Effective Time.
FD Stockholders means, collectively, the MC Stockholders, the CL Stockholders and the CN Stockholders.
FD Stockholders has the meaning specified in the preamble.
