FCY Member definition

FCY Member is a Registered User who is in their First Amway Contract Year (defined below) as a registered Amway Independent Business Owner (“IBO”) in North America as defined by Amway Corp. (“Amway”) and who has signed up on N21Mobile for a complimentary (no charge) subscription to access certain Premium Content and events (“FCY Membership”) as further identified in more detail in Section II (A)(1) below.

Examples of FCY Member in a sentence

  • An FCY Member may not upgrade to a paid membership level (and will not be permitted to purchase products or services from N21) until the expiration of their First Amway Contract Year.

  • During an FCY Member’s registration/signup on N21Mobile, an FCY Member will be asked to enter their Amway IBO number for the purposes of validating their First Amway Contract Year status, and a valid credit card number for the purpose of an automatic monthly subscription to N21’s lowest monthly subscription Premium Membership level upon the expiration date of the FCY Membership (i.e., the expiration date of your Amway First Contract Year).

  • An FCY Membership also includes complimentary online streaming access to some events in North America that N21 makes available through N21Mobile; to the extent in-person seats are available for any such events (in our sole discretion), an FCY Member may access a complimentary ticket (or two complimentary tickets if an IBO couple that are both registered on N21Mobile) to attend such events by registering to attend the event in- person through N21Mobile.
