FCT Fees definition
FCT Fees means the aggregate amount of the Scheduled FCT Fees and of the Additional FCT Fees. FCT Liquidation Date means the earliest of the following dates to occur:

In consideration for their mission hereunder, the FCT shall pay to the Paying Agent fees in an amount and under the conditions set out in Schedule 8 (Scheduled FCT Fees) hereto.
