FCS Technology definition

FCS Technology means fuel cell inventions, current and existing know-how, information, processes, formulae, patterns, compilations, programs, devices, methods, techniques, compounds, trade secrets, products, data, preparations and usage information or materials and sources thereof, whether or not patentable, which have been developed or otherwise acquired by FCS prior to the Effective Date or are hereafter developed or acquired by FCS.

  • Licensee may release Product(s) based on the pre - FCS Technology licensed by Sun hereunder only for beta testing purposes.

  • I agree to pay for, reimburse and indemnify the FCS, its Board of Education, individual Board members, and administrative employees and agents for damages, including any fees, expenses, liability or other damages of every sort and nature, incurred as a result of my use or misuse of FCS Technology Resources.

  • LIFELOC may, after the effective date of such termination, continue to use all FCS Technology that was developed or otherwise acquired prior to the termination date.
