The FCCC will not accept booths marketing alcohol, tobacco, or firearms, and has the right to reject materials of questionable taste.
The Vendor shall be fully responsible for any such injury, loss or damage and the Vendor shall protect, indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the FCCC, their officers, directors, agents, employees, against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses.
Although the FCCC may employ security personnel, the FCCC, or of their officers, agents or employees will not be responsible for the safety or property of Vendors.
