FCC Program Access Rules definition

FCC Program Access Rules means any federal statute, including, without limitation, 47 U.S.C. § 548, or FCC rule, including, without limitation, 47 C.F.R. Part 76, regulating contractual relationships between programming vendors and Multichannel Video Programming Distributors (as defined by the FCC), as currently in effect and as may hereafter be amended or become effective from time to time, and any FCC policy or decision implementing, interpreting or modifying such statute or rule.

  • If not already terminated pursuant to the first sentence of this paragraph (e), the rights and obligations of a Group under paragraph (b) of this Section 2.09 shall terminate and no longer be in effect from and after the earlier to occur of (i) such time as the other Group ceases to have an ownership interest that is attributable for purposes of the FCC Program Access Rules in the entities listed in Schedules 2.09(e)(i) or 2.09(e)(ii), as applicable, or (ii) the fourth anniversary of the Separation Date.
