FCC FINANCIAL STATEMENTS means (i) the consolidated statements of condition (including related notes and schedules, if any) of FCC as of June 30, 1999, and as of December 31, 1998, 1997, and 1996, and the related statements of income, changes in stockholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) for the six months ended June 30, 1999, and for each of the three years ended December 31, 1998, 1997, and 1996, as filed by FCC in SEC Documents, and (ii) the consolidated statements of condition of FCC (including related notes and schedules, if any) and related statements of income, changes in stockholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) included in SEC Documents filed with respect to periods ended subsequent to June 30, 1999.
