FCB ACCOUNT definition

FCB ACCOUNT means, with respect to Advances made in each Currency other than Dollars under the Multicurrency Loan Commitment, the account maintained by the Multicurrency Agent for disbursements to, and payments from, the respective Borrower in such Currency, as more particularly described on Schedule 4.01.

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant's Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.

  • AAVS Account means the account to which your Automatic Add Value Service is linked, as defined or specified in the relevant Application Form or such other account as notified to us by the Financial Institution or by the AAVS Account Holder from time to time;
