FCA Permissions definition
FCA Permissions. ’ – means the regulated activities and investment instruments for which we are authorised by the FCA. These can be reviewed on the FCA Register using our firm’s reference number 626431 or our name;
Part 4A permission means permission to conduct regulated activities, granted by the Authority under Part 4A of the Act;
Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;
Approvals means all consents, licenses and approval of any local, municipal, State or National Authority necessary to carry out the services for each and every phase of the Project.
