FC SYSTEMS definition
FC SYSTEMS means all utilities, systems and fixtures (including, without limitation, all plumbing systems, heating systems, electrical branches and systems, air conditioning systems, telephone and data transmission systems and facilities, cable and/or satellite television systems, and all fire safety/life safety systems) exclusively serving all or a portion of the FC Collective Unit.
