FC Loan definition

FC Loan means the loan proceeds received by Borrower as assignee of SoyMor Biodiesel, LLC pursuant to the Agreement for Loan of Minnesota Investment Fund, dated as of July 18, 2006 by and between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County and SoyMor Biodiesel, LLC (as amended, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time).
