FBS Resort definition
FBS Resort means a Resort in respect to which Borrower or its Affiliates provide to third party timeshare developers and property owners’ associations fee-based service arrangements which includes one or more of the following services: sales and marketing, fee-based management services, mortgage servicing, title and construction management, and other similar resort and/or hospitality related services.
