FBS Developer means a third party timeshare developer of a FBS Resort.

Each Owner of a Vacation Ownership Interest (and Borrower or its Affiliates, or the applicable FBS Developer, with respect to unsold timeshare interests in a Resort) automatically will be a member of the applicable Association for such Resort, which Association has authority to levy annual Assessments to cover the costs of maintaining and operating such Resort.
