FBO Facilities means any and all tangible and intangible assets that are primarily related to or primarily used in connection with the business of providing FBO Services at the Divestiture Airports, including, but not limited to, all personal property, inventory, office furniture, materials, supplies, terminal space, hangars, ramps, general aviation fuel tank farms for jet fuel and aviation gasoline, and related fueling equipment, and all other tangible property and

Examples of FBO Facilities in a sentence

  • In the event of loss of or material damage to the FBO Facilities, Lessee shall repair or replace the FBO Facilities within twenty-one (21) days following written notice to Lessee or, provided that Lessee has in good faith commenced such repair or replacement within such 21-day period, in a reasonable time thereafter.

  • Lessee bears all risk of loss or damage to the FBO Facilities and any property stored within the FBO Facilities, whether caused by fire, water, earthquake, theft, terrorism, or any other risk.

  • It is mutually understood that the FBO Facilities are owned by the County.

  • Lessee shall submit an FBO Facilities Report every quarter to the County for the duration of this Lease.
