FBO Documentation definition
FBO Documentation means, collectively, with respect to each FBO listed on Schedule F-1 hereto (a) evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, that such FBO has been assigned or otherwise transferred to the applicable FBO Borrower, (b) a duly executed consent, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, from the appropriate leasing authority of such FBO, consenting to the transfer of such FBO and such other matters as Agent may require, and (c) such other documentation with respect to the transfer of such FBO as Agent may reasonably require.
