FBM Property means (a) the Services, including the FBM-proprietary loyalty rewards software applications and third party software applications provided by FBM to Licensee for use with the Services;

  • Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in the Agreement shall be interpreted as granting to Licensee or any other person or Entity, any right, title, or interest in or to any FBM Property.
