FBIC definition

FBIC means Fortune Brands International Corporation, a Delaware corporation and, as of the date hereof, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortune Brands.
FBIC means Fortis Benefits Insurance Company, a Minnesota corporation.
FBIC has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
