F&B Outlets definition

F&B Outlets means the food and beverage outlets which are designed (in accordance with the concept design as approved by Authority), developed, set up, operated, maintained and managed by the Concessionaire at the Location(s) within the Airport Premises/Terminal and city side of the Airport in accordance with the provisions of the Concession Agreement for sale of F&B Items.
F&B Outlets shall have the meaning set forth in Recital B.

Related to F&B Outlets

  • Retail outlet means any establishment at which consumer products are sold, supplied, or offered for sale directly to consumers.

  • Drug outlet means a pharmacy, nursing home, shelter home, convalescent home, extended care facility, drug abuse treatment center, penal institution, hospital, family planning clinic, student health center, retail store, wholesaler, manufacturer, mail-order vendor or other establishment with facilities located within or out of this state that is engaged in dispensing, delivery or distribution of drugs within this state.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Electrical Fitter means an employee who is mainly employed in the workshops manufacturing, fitting, and repairing electrical instruments, machines, and apparatus. Electrical fitting in this definition shall include armature and transformer winding, and people solely engaged in making and repairing instruments. The legitimate possession of a certificate of competency in this particular class of work issued by the Electrical Licensing Board under the Electricity Act 1994 shall be recognised as proof of efficiency.
