F&B Facilities definition

F&B Facilities means the facilities available or to be provided by the Selected Bidder at the Locations to undertake the Food & Beverages Service Operations, as more particularly described in Annexure VI.
F&B Facilities the facilities of the AD Group set out in, or determined in accordance with, Schedule 15 and any other real property or facility owned by a member of the AD Group and predominantly dedicated to a FB Business together with all Fixed Plant located, and Equipment and Vehicles based, at those facilities or real property and (to the extent that the same are transferable) any related easement rights, rights of access, rights of use and planning consents but excluding all PR Brand Equipment; FB Facilities Inventory: all Inventory manufactured at a FB Facility other than:
F&B Facilities means the area and facilities provided by ITPO at the Locations to undertake the Food & Beverages Service Operations, as more particularly described in Annexure 11.

Examples of F&B Facilities in a sentence

  • Owner hereby appoints Manager to manage and operate the F&B Facilities.

  • Manager shall pay from the Gross Revenue an amount equal to the operating expenses, relating directly to food and beverage operations, incurred at the F&B Facilities; provided, however, that Manager shall not be responsible for the payment of any amount during the Term in excess of the Gross Revenue.

  • Manager shall have the right to oversee all persons involved in the operation of the F&B Facilities; provided, however, that all such persons shall be employees of Owner or its designee, and Owner or its designee shall be responsible for the payment of all salaries, wages, employment taxes and all other employee benefits for such employees.

  • Walkways to and from the Diamonds to the F&B Facilities shall be designed so as not to obstruct the view of the Diamonds by patrons of the F&B Facilities as reasonably determined by BLD Clay County.

  • Upon completion of the Acquisition, the Group shall own approximately 34% equity interest in the ProjectCo. In order to allow the Group to assist the ProjectCo in running and managing the daily operation of the Casino and F&B Facilities, it is proposed under the Service Provision MOU that SGMC (Hoi An) and the ProjectCo shall enter into the Proposed Management Agreement in relation to the provision of consultancy and management services for the Casino and F&B facilities commencing from its opening.

  • All revenue from the sale of food and alcoholic beverages (the "Gross Revenue") at the F&B Facilities shall be deposited in the Owner's operating account.

  • Throughout the Term, Owner, on behalf of Manager, shall maintain complete and accurate books and records relating to the operation and management of the F&B Facilities.

  • Owner, on behalf of Manager, shall prepare and file with the State Board of Equalization all required sales tax reports and promptly pay the total sales tax due in connection with the operation of the F&B Facilities for each month or partial month during the term of this Agreement, and shall take all actions and pay all costs and fees necessary and required to maintain compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Manager shall retain, as its management fee (the “Management Fee”), all net profits from the sale of alcoholic beverages at the F&B Facilities during the Term.

  • The Board is of the view that the Technical Services Agreement shall ensure the Casino and the F&B Facilities are constructed in accordance with the operating standards to be set out by SGMC (Hoi An) pursuant to the Proposed Management Agreement.
