Fast Pay the bill pay option to make same-day electronic payments to eligible billers. If a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is eligible to receive same-day payments, you will be able to select today’s date in the ‘pay date’ calendar. Payment must be made to a same-day (Fast Pay) capable ▇▇▇▇▇▇ by 4 p.m. HST. A Fast Pay per payment fee applies to these same-day payments.

Fast Pay via manual or electronic means may be accepted by the payment office for fast payment. If the payment office declines to make fast payment, the Contractor shall be paid in accordance with procedures applicable to invoices to which the Fast Payment clause does not apply.
