Fasco Intellectual Property definition
Fasco Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property and Technology owned or developed (or being developed): (i) for use by a Company or Subsidiary (as the case may be) with respect to the Products or (ii) relating to the brushless permanent magnet motor designs and electronic controls used to drive brushless permanent magnet motors ("BLDC Technology"), in each case whether owned or registered by, licensed to or developed (or being developed) by a Company or Subsidiary or any other Affiliate of Tecumseh.
