FAS Program definition

FAS Program means the Foundation Assisted Schools Program designed and implemented by PEF, providing monthly subsidies to low-cost private schools, per child enrolled (i.e. approximately Rs. 350 per child, per month), for the provision of accessible education services to rural and/or underserved communities as determined by the criteria approved by the PEF Board; which funds are meant to assist in defraying the reasonable cost of operating such schools so that tuition will not be collected from students. “Fiscal Year” and the acronym “FY” mean the fiscal year of Punjab, which commences on July 1 and closes on June 30 of each year.

  • Wherever measurements are required or authorized, they must be made, computed, and recorded in metric system units of measurement, unless otherwise authorized by the FAS Program Manager in writing when it has found that such usage is impractical or is likely to cause United States firms to experience significant inefficiencies or the loss of markets.

  • The Recipient shall submit original, {Performance Reporting Schedule} performance reports using SF-PPR, Performance Progress Reports, to the FAS Program Manager with a copy to the Grants Management Officer.

  • The Recipient is requested to provide copies of notices or announcements to FAS Program Manager and to FAS' Office of Communications as far in advance of release as possible.

  • In the event the conduct of any of the Cooperator’s employees is not in accordance with the preceding paragraphs, the Cooperator's chief of party shall consult with the employee involved and the FAS Program Manager shall recommend to the Cooperator a course of action with regard to such employee.

  • The Cooperator shall submit original, {Performance Reporting Schedule} performance reports using SF-PPR, Performance Progress Reports, to the FAS Program Manager.

  • FAS being substantially involved in this Agreement in the following way(s): {Substantial Involvement} For purposes of obtaining FAS approvals set forth this provision, the Recipient must obtain prior, written approval from the FAS Program Manager.

Related to FAS Program

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.
