Farmstead Complex definition

Farmstead Complex means the location within the Conservation Easement as described in Exhibit C wherein the Grantor may construct and maintain, repair and replace (a) Residential Dwellings as more fully described in paragraph 6.1.D, (b) Agricultural Structures as defined in paragraph 6.1.B, (c) Fences as more fully described in paragraph 6.1.C, (d) Farm Labor Housing as more fully described in paragraph 6.1.E, (e) Agricultural–related Commercial Activities as more fully described in paragraph 6.1.F.

Examples of Farmstead Complex in a sentence

  • Expansion and construction of ponds and structures outside the Farmstead Complex Area shall be conducted in accordance with Paragraph I.

  • Farm ponds both inside and outside the Farmstead Complex Area shall not exceed two (2) acres in area.

  • Such buildings shall be located within the Farmstead Complex Areas described in Exhibit C, and shall be limited by the maximum square feet as described below in Paragraph I.

  • The Farmstead Complex boundary and location may be adjusted with prior written consent of the Grantee and the Chief of NRCS or his or her authorized designee (Chief of NRCS).

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Easement, it is further the intention of the parties that all buildings and structures on the Protected Property shall be located within the Farmstead Complex as further described and delineated in the in Exhibit C which is appended to and made a part of this Easement.

  • The Farmstead Complex may not increase in size and the adjusted Farmstead Complex must provide equal or greater protection of the agricultural use and future viability and related conservation values of the Protected Property.
