Farmer-based Organization definition

Farmer-based Organization or “FBO” means a farmers’ group: (a) established and registered pursuant to the Recipient’s Cooperatives Act, Chapter 47:01 of the laws of the Recipient, as amended, or the Trustees Incorporation Act, Chapter 5:03 of the laws of the Recipient, as amended; or (b) that is recognized by the MOA or the District Assembly or such other party as may be agreed upon with the Association, and has a PMC;
