Farm Stores definition

Farm Stores means all of the ninety-two (92) walk-in convenience stores owned or leased by various entities in which the FSCI Shareholder has a partnership interest, and all inventory, fixtures, equipment, merchandise, accounts and general intangibles associated therewith, except as otherwise provided in the Merger Agreement.

  • Monitor authorized Growers, and Farm Stores to assure they follow FMNP rules.
