Farm Data definition

Farm Data means non-personal information, data and other content that is submitted, posted or otherwise transmitted by you or on your behalf to or through the Product or Services or otherwise collected, created or generated by the Product or Services.
Farm Data means data related to the farm(s) linked to Your user account made accessible to DDW through the Service and includes, inter alia, herd data (animal related), field data (crops and soil related) and operational data (facilities and machinery related) regarding the farm(s) in question.
Farm Data means various categories of information collected on your farm by the PUC, as described by Ag Gateway (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇), including:

Examples of Farm Data in a sentence

  • In the event Farmobile has a change in control, you will be provided notice by email and allowed to delete or remove your Farm Data prior to the change in control.

  • Farmobile is not liable for any damages that result from the disclosure of your Farm Data to any person or company provided such disclosures are made according to this Agreement.

  • After that thirty (30) days, Farmobile, in its sole discretion, may delete, erase, or cease storage of Farm Data.

  • Farmobile takes reasonable and customary security measures to protect the privacy and security of your Farm Data.

  • Any third party service provider used by Farmobile that may have access to your Farm Data is required to abide by these same terms.

  • Farmobile shall have the right to place reasonable limits on the amount of Farm Data submitted to, and stored by, Farmobile.

  • In the event of a data breach, natural disaster, or other unforeseen event that causes your Farm Data to be deleted or compromised, Farmobile will notify you by email.

  • Farmobile believes that ownership should give you the right to share, download, and delete your Farm Data.

  • You are responsible for and you assume all risks associated with your Farm Data.

Related to Farm Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.
