  • This payment amount is Settling Funding Party’s FAR Share of $74,792,816.15, which, solely for the purpose of this Agreement, is the total amount of Response Costs for the Site that Settling LDWG Parties and Settling Funding Party have agreed are recoverable under CERCLA or MTCA and were incurred through December 31, 2022 (“Past Response Costs”).
