FAPG definition

FAPG means the Federal Highway Administration, Federal-Aid Policy Guide references to Title 23 - code of federal regulations (CFR) and specifically to part 645 A titled Relocations, Adjustments and Reimbursements, and 23 CFR 645 B titled Accomodation of Utilities.
