FAN Services definition

FAN Services means the services provided by DST utilizing FAN®, the DST Web Site, the Internet, and other software, equipment and systems provided by DST and telecommunications carriers and firewall providers, whereby Transactions may be requested in each Fund by Users accessing the DST Web Site via the Internet.

Examples of FAN Services in a sentence

  • All data and information transmissions via FAN Services are for informational purposes only, and are not intended to satisfy regulatory requirements or comply with any laws, rules, requirements or standards of any federal, state or local governmental authority, agency or industry regulatory body, including the securities industry.

  • The Funds acknowledge and agree that their Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and receipt of all data or information transmitted via FAN Services.

  • Upon thirty (30) days prior notice to the Agent, the Funds may change the Funds designated to participate in FAN Services by delivering to the Agent, in writing, a revised list of participating Funds.

  • Each Fund is responsible for advising its Users of their responsibility for promptly notifying the Transfer Agent of any errors or inaccuracies relating to shareholder data or information transmitted via FAN Services.

  • During the Term and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Agent shall, at its expense (unless otherwise provided for herein) perform the FAN Services as described in each FAN Service Schedule to the Service Specifications, including provision of all computers, telecommunications connectivity and equipment reasonably necessary at its facilities to operate FAN and the DST FAN Web Site.

  • The Agent will perform, and the Funds have selected, the FAN Services described in the Service Specifications on the Schedules thereon whose numbers begin with the number “**18” and which are attached to this Agreement.

  • Client acknowledges and agrees that its Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and receipt of all data or information transmitted via FAN Services.

  • In order to assist the Fund with its desire to utilize FAN Services to provide web-based access to account information and certain on-line transaction request capabilities, the Transfer Agent has entered into a Master Agreement with DST Systems, Inc.

Related to FAN Services

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law.
