Fallow definition

Fallow means a lease site without cultured organisms.
Fallow means the condition during which Plantation areas within the Project Area are left unseeded with Plantation Crops after their respective End of Cycle for the purpose of recovering soil fertility, the period of which is determined with reference to the Plantation Crops and is outlined in the Feasibility Study.
Fallow means ‘cultivated land that is not seeded for one or more growing seasons (< 5 years).

  • The Fallow Lands are whole fields equal to or greater than (10) acres with defined historic boundaries.

  • All real and personal property taxes, assessments or other charges of every description levied on or assessed against the Fallow Lands or improvements on the Fallow Lands shall remain the sole responsibility of the Fallowing Party and/or Fallowing Party's Lessor, if applicable.
