  • If You have a legal dispute with us or if You wish to provide a notice under the Indemnification Section of this Agreement, or if You become subject to insolvency or other similar legal proceedings, You will promptly send written notice to: Oracle East Central Europe Limited, Eastpoint Business Park, Fairview, Dublin 3, Ireland, Attention: Legal Counsel.

  • All terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions described in the “Prescription Drug Services” section of this contract apply when prescription drugs are administered or received during an office visit, except the requirement that specialty drugs be obtained at Fairview Specialty Pharmacy or other specialty pharmacy approved by PIC.
