Fairmont means Accor Management US Inc., f/k/a Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (U.S.)
Fairmont means Fairmont Hotels and Resorts Inc., a corporation existing under the laws of Canada and any corporation formed on the amalgamation of Fairmont with one or more of its wholly-owned subsidiaries;
Fairmont means Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (U.S.) Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • The Company, its employees, and the Union agree to adhere to and uphold the Occupational Health & Safety Policies and Procedures set by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (Fairmont Empress), as described in the current Manual used and implemented by the joint Health & Safety Committee, as well as all applicable legislation.
