Fairgrounds definition

Fairgrounds has the meaning set forth in the Recitals above. “Fairgrounds Events” has the meaning set forth in Section 12(d).

Fairgrounds means the entire Fort Bend County Fairgrounds being all of the property inside of the red outline as depicted on Appendix B, including all improvements and other property located thereon (excluding Landlord Exclusive Facilities).

More Definitions of Fairgrounds

Fairgrounds or “grounds” means the real estate, including land, buildings, and improvements where a fair event is conducted.
Fairgrounds means the ground and all other property owned, leased, used or controlled by the County and devoted to the use of the County Fair, including but not limited to the Convention Center, Administration Building, Auditorium, the Wheeler Pavilion, the Expo Halls, Livestock Building, Lane County Ice, and various other buildings and related structures.
Fairgrounds means the approximate 150 acres operated by the Fair.
Fairgrounds means an area where buildings, structures, and land are used for the accommodation or support of periodic educational, cultural, entertainment, recreational, agricultural and social activities. Fairgrounds may include; the exhibition of livestock, the exhibition of farm or home products, rodeos, carnivals, agricultural demonstrations, education, trade or convention gatherings, tent and RV camping, community gatherings and events, other recreational activities as well as ancillary commercial activities.
Fairgrounds means any owned property, leased property or property otherwise under thecontrol of the EAS, whether indoor or outdoor.
